Fabian I. Garcia is the owner and managing attorney of Apex Legal Solutions PLLC.  He focuses his practice on corporate, commercial real estate and immigration matters.  He has experience representing luxury hotel owners and operators in connection with the drafting of hotel management agreements, restaurant license agreements, and complex restaurant leases for domestic and international projects.  He has represented clients in the commercial real estate industry in connection with the drafting of purchase and sale agreements, promissory notes, and mortgages. He routinely counsels corporate clients in connection with general corporate matters including the drafting of entity formation documents and documents related to acquisitions, restructurings and investments.

Mr. Garcia graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of law, where he served as the articles and comments editor for the law school's Race and Social Justice Law Review.  He received the John F. Evans Memorial Scholarship Award for Excellence in Litigation Skills Program and the HOPE Pro Bono award for completing more than 100 pro bono hours.  Additionally, he received the CALI Excellence for the future award in Sports Law.

  • Represented foreign hotel developer in connection with the negotiation of a hotel management agreement and a restaurant license agreement for a Nobu Hotel and Restaurant in Tulum, Mexico.

  • Represented local hotel developer in connection with the negotiation of a hotel management agreement and a restaurant lease agreement for a Nobu Hotel and Restaurant in Orlando, Florida.

  • Represented local hotel developer in connection with the negotiation of a hotel management agreement, a bar management agreement and a restaurant lease agreement for a Nobu Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.

  • Represented foreign hotel developer in connection with the negotiation of a hotel license agreement for a Nickelodeon Hotel and Waterpark in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

  • Represented foreign restauranteur in connection with the negotiation of a restaurant license agreement with a world-renowned celebrity chef for the development and operation of a restaurant in the Dominican Republic.

  • Represented shareholders of a Florida company in connection with the multimillion dollar sale of agricultural real property to one of the largest developers in Florida.

  • Represented private developer in connection with the sale and development of a residential community in Miami, Florida.

  • Represented investor in connection with the multimillion dollar investment in an up-and-coming technology start-up company.

  • Represented domestic company in connection with the multimillion dollar acquisition of assets.
